Im working on my emotional banking skills.
Don’t spend your emotional energy on things that don’t matter in the long haul. Let them go. Listen to music or read when you are are feeling drained. take from their emotion. look around you, take time to notice the good and then store up those feelings. give yourself a space of time in your schedule so you aren’t always running to the max. just relax and don’t sweat the small things that way you’ll have enough energy for the big stuff.
